That's all bad taste, not 'problems'.
The front tire will spell 'teethless' soon enough for the rider.
The rear wheel's slammed all the way in to the track ends, still with a 28c. Good luck removing the wheel.
The stem is stoopid in that bike, the bars are wrongly fitted, ditto with the saddle...
Basically looks cack.
