8500 is a bargain. they are twice that much retail
you can get 2 canvas sacks for that fit the 2 halfs. about £80 iirc
those tyres look like 500A size.

I wish you could lock the suspension when climbing. You lose so much energy in it compressing.

oh the ebay one - it's a new series - you can lock it out.

with the other type of suspension you could do what i do on mine - you fit a stiffer spring and then tighten the front adjusters by 0.5 a turn.

and ref climbing anyway - I don't have probs... shrug I've ridden them for quite a while now tho.
