Went for first run in quite a while last night. Have been riding 200-300mi a week recently.
Felt really awful....legs felt like they are quad heavy and fitness is nowhere near as good as I thought. I think my muscles need a few runs to re adapt.
Oh well, won't take long to get back up to scratch.
