Wanted: Replacement wheelset for my mate after accident

Hi guys, a mate of mine got shunted from behind when he was on his bike by some prick, he shouted at the guy in the car who then drove over his bike destroying his nice new wheelset! Anyway, whilst the police are pottering about trying to catch the guy my friend needs to build his bike back up. Just needs a new 700c wheelset. Anything considered (geared or single) as long it's cheap. Cheers guys.
