Wanted: mtb SPD pedals & cleats

Managed to balls one of my pedals and cleats last night. Anyone got spares?

I'm after a pair of cleats also, as I wanna try out SPD on my polo bike, so hopefully more than one person has some spare...
edit: as in i didn't wanna create a second thread about this, will just piggy back on yours

i haz spare spd cleats, pick up from wests only......as they are free
