Bicycle Tag of bike

Ok, this might be a bit controversial, for a couple of reasons, so I'll keep the location a secret until we agree it's all good, yeah?

1. Not in the same place as original
   
2. where's the same bike in the 2nd pic?
   
3. Daytime photo in 2nd tag when 1st tag is at night. so just used an old photo?
