If you have a fluro wheel fixed gear in Newport then by Welsh hipster standards you're practically from the future.
(I say this as someone who lives in London and returns to Cardiff every holiday, what counts as a 'hipster' in Cardiff is very tame compared to the creatures spotted in Shoreditch...but maybe I'm just not going to the right places in Cardiff)
