I bought the bike with Bullhorns which I am happy to reinstate if buyer prefers w/cane creek aero levers.

I'll even include a new sram chain!

Dammit, if top tube was shorter woulda grabbed it.

I have shorter stems if that helps with the top tube length.

not too bothered about the miche cranks but would ideally have the drops rather than bullhorns and would need posted to Edinburgh, what sort of price are we talking?
