That's actually Woolwich. The Greenwich tunnel is open but no lift.
i was there yesterday and is close till new orders.

What are the opening times of greenwich foot tunnel?
Anyone?
Foot tunnel works information
Both tunnels have been undergoing works since April 2010. The works are part of an £11.5 million investment programme to renew the Greenwich and Woolwich foot tunnels. Greenwich tunnel - open with no lift access
The Greenwich Foot Tunnel has re-opened but refurbishment work will continue into June 2011. The stairs on both sides of the river are open during the following times:
- Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm
- Saturday 6am throughout the weekend until Monday 9pm.
There is currently no disabled access as both lifts are being removed and replaced. Work will continue into June 2011, when it will then open 24 hours daily. Works on the lifts and the incorporation of CCTV systems will continue to the end of July. The delay beyond March 2011 has been caused by additional works to the crown of the tunnel.
Greenwich Council apologises for the inconvenience caused to foot tunnel users.
Thames Clipper services run between Masthouse Terrace Pier and Greenwich Pier (the last boat from Masthouse Pier leaves at 9.49pm). Thames Clippers is only able to carry up to ten bicycles per vessel. Ticket holders will be boarded first.
The Greenwich Foot Tunnel provides a pedestrian link between Cutty Sark Gardens and Island Gardens, Tower Hamlets.
Woolwich tunnel - closed
Contractors working on a major renewal programme to Greenwich’s two foot tunnels have confirmed that the Woolwich tunnel is closed and will be re-opening in June 2011.
Regrettably, the additional unplanned repairs at Woolwich make it no longer possible for the lifts to be used by the public while the stairs at this tunnel are being renewed.
Pedestrians and cyclists wishing to cross the river can use the Woolwich ferry during the day. Cyclists with folding bikes, as well as pedestrians, can also use the DLR.
- Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm

Yes! The link I posted a few pages back was from a mate who posted it on another board. When I read it on my phone, it gave me the option to download to my phone.
If you're reading this on your iphone now, maybe you can do the same?
In other news, I've just found out that apparently they paint a blue line on roads for the route...not sure what time this happens though.
Sweet! So do we start at the blue dot? When we head north over the river, is it first left towards w. Minster then towards canary wharf or the other way round?
-
• #431
You mean when you go over Tower Bridge? From this http://www.virginlondonmarathon.com/interactive-map/ it looks like you turn RIGHT onto East Smithfield onto the Highway going towards Canary Wharf and then loop round back around Poplar and come back on yourself and head into town/finishing line.
I think!
Oh, and yeah, start from Blue dot.
