For Sale: Langster 2009, 661's, Mike Burrow's aero seatpost

Hello all,

I'm getting a new bike which will be arriving in a weeks time. When it arrives, this trusty steed is up for sale. So to gather interest I'm posting up now.

It's a Specialized Langster 2009 polished aluminium model. It's a medium, which I believe is effectively a 54cm seat tube. I'm 5' 9" and it its me perfectly.

The bike is virtually stock, apart from the following:

• Specialized Armadillo's front and back, 700 x 23c, slick versions with minimal tread. Signs of wear but still going strong.
  
• The carbon wrapped seatpost got half inched, so it now has a 'frog' style silver one instead that 14 sold me for a fiver.
  
• Charge Spoon saddle in grey... f-ing comfy.
  
• BLB 80mm stem.
  
• Black and white Diatech Goldfinger.
  
  

The drops are quite narrow and will be changed for a different set, probably these, but I have some Cinelli silver carbon tape that I can put on...

Also the pedals will be swapped for black pedals with cages and straps.

Problems:
There are a few things it needs to run 100% smooth that I have put off as I knew I was going to sell it/am lazy/am skint (delete as appropriate)

• The front hub needs a service. It's been rebuilt once before, but now isn't very smooth.
  
• The front rim has a tiny chip in it, but happened over a year ago and hasn't affected performance at all.
  
• Headset needs re-greasing.
  
• Frame's lacquer has come away around seat post entry and drop-outs, meaning air has got in underneath in places and oxidised the aluminium (see photos). Still structurally sound and straight though.
  
• Never changed the chainring, sprocket or chain in 2+ years/5,000+ miles I have had it.
  
  

All this aside, it runs really well and has been an excellent bike. I'm still not 100% sure that I won't regret selling it.

~~Whilst in New York a few months ago I picked up a pair of DZR shoes, so now finally getting around to selling my 661 Filters. They are a UK10 (Euro 44) and come up a little small if anything, say half a size. Really great to ride and walk in, just look a little retarded. A little muddy, but can clean them up a bit. I have some cleats too as well as some hex screws that are quite rounded. Cat not for sale (had to get a cat in there somewhere).

~~After continually buying smaller and smaller versions of this seatpost, I have decided I don't really like them. This is a Mike Burrow's size 3 seatpost made by Giant that will fit a 27.2mm post. It has only been loosely fitted and has never been ridden, so is like new. Comes with metal thingy to secure saddle which is not in the photo.
