Most likeley the tyre is 571mm and the wheel is 559mm. Note that Aerospoke themselves refer to these wheels as 26", *not *650c. I don't know how narrow your frame requires the tyres to be, but something like a white 26" Geax Tattoo will fit the Aerospoke.
