  • Hi everyone,
I’ve just sorted out another lot of interesting frames. Shipping on frames within the UK will be £11 - other items can ship free of charge in the same box. I can ship anywhere in the world at a reasonable cost.

    ALL ITEMS ARE IN BRISTOL

Unless specifically described I do not guarantee headsets or BBs which are fitted to frames. With all frames I can fit headsets or BBs - headset fitting costs £12; please see my latest headset thread:

    http://www.lfgss.com/thread53572.html

for details of what is available.

Payment can be via bank transfer (preferred), cheque or the dreaded Paypal which costs me 3%…

** If you dib an item, please PM me and pay the same day unless you make other arrangements with me. Otherwise it may well be sold to the next person who wants it...**

Viewing/Personal collection is welcome as quite a few have found and have been able to get other parts they are looking for at the same time.

    ZEUS TRACK FRAME
    Seat Tube (ctc): 56cm (22in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 56cm (22in)
    Rear dropout width: 120mm
    Wheel size: Sprints/700C
This is a really nice close close clearance steep angled track frame from Zeus in Spain - it has not been drilled front or rear. It comes complete with very good headset and bottom bracket. A very classy track frame with paint in very sound condition. £325

    KOGA MIYATA GENTSRACER FRAME 1983
    Seat Tube (ctc): 57cm (22.5in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 55cm (21.5in)
    Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with brake drop of 45mm
    Seatpost size: 26.8mm
Frame tubing: Probably Reynolds 531 double butted
This is one of top end Koga-Miyata Japanese built frames which are truly stunning quality. Just take a look at the lug finishing and the drilled bottom bracket shell. These are really very fine frames. The paint is in very good condition with only a few marks. The long horizontal dropouts make it an ideal conversion to fixed or singlespeed. SOLD

RALEIGH ROAD FRAME 1984 Reynolds 531C
    Seat Tube (ctt): 23.5in (59cm)
    Top Tube (ctc): 22.5in (57cm)
    Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with brake drop of 48mm
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
    Frame tubing: Reynolds 531C
This Raleigh road frame dates from 1984 and is built from Reynolds 531C tubing with clearances for shallow drop brakes. Its in very good condition except that its missing most of its decals... It would make a very easy conversion. SOLD

NONAME ROAD FRAME 1980s Very beautiful
    Seat Tube (ctc): 48cm (19in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 54cm (21.25in)
    Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with a brake drop of 45mm
    Seatpost size: 26.8mm
    Bottom Bracket threads: English
This road frame which came from Germany is really very beautiful with drilled extra long point lugs and a bottom bracket shell with a nice cutout... The lug finishing and brazing is really top quality with beautifully clean shorelines. £118

HENRY BURTON ROAD FRAME 1980s ** New Old Stock**
    Seat Tube (ctt): 57cm (22.5in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 57cm (22.5in)
    Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: Sprints/700C (brake drop 48mm)
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
    Frame Tubing: Tange Champion
This is a a really nice unused road frame built for Henry Burton’s Stafford shop I should think in the 1980s – it is built from Tange Champion tubing which is of very similar quality to Reynolds 531C. Unfortunately the paint has a number of scrapes but these could be touched with care. It would make a very easy conversion. £95

JAN JANSSEN AERO ROAD FRAME c1982
    Seat Tube (ctc): 54cm (21.25in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 56cm (22in)
    Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with brake drop of 47mm
    Frame tubing: Steel aero tubing
    Bottom Bracket Threads: English
    Seatpost size: 26.8mm
This frame was originally equipped with a Shimano 600AX groupset before I bought it. It has aero shaped main tubes but the seat tube is round at the top to take a standard seat post. Its in very good condition though it has lost some of its decals. With horizontal dropouts it could easily be used as a singlespeed or fixed conversion. SOLD subject to payment

    AYEL ROAD FRAME Italian built
    Seat Tube (ctc): 55cm (21.5in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 54cm (21.25in)
    Rear dropout width: 124mm
Wheel size: Sprints/700C with brake drop of 52mm
    Seatpost size: 26.8mm
This road frame was built in Italy and is really quite cool; the lugs have rather nice cutouts. Bottom bracket threads are English. The paint is a bit so-so … with careful touching up it will look really quite good. The horizontal dropouts will make this an easy conversion. SOLD

    M STEEL ROAD FRAME c1990
    Seat Tube (ctt): 53cm (21in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 53cm (21in)
    Rear dropout width: 128mm
Wheel size: Sprints/700C with brake drop of 50mm
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
    Frame tubing: Reynolds 531C
This M Steel frame (it had M Steel decals and is numbered MS107) dates from about 1990 and was built at the time when Dave Yates ran the framebuilding shop for Steels. It had a stuck seatpost which has been successfully removed. The frame is in very sound condition and would make a great Audax frame - it has close clearances for guards with tyres up to 25mm but with horizontal dropouts it will make a very easy conversion to singlespeed or fixed. **SOLD **

    ORBIT AMERICA ROAD FRAME
    Seat Tube (ctt): 57cm (22.5in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 56cm (22in)
    Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with brake drop of 45mm
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
    Frame tubing; Reynolds 531C
This Orbit road frame is in excellent condition. It will make a very easy fixed or singlespeed conversion. **SOLD **

  • The Zeus.. oh wow... (Nuknow....)

  • If that Zeus were of slightly earlier vintage, I would've had to buy it... Thank God it isn't... :]

    Bump...

  • I seem to remember Nuknow was after one, he was chasing one on some Spanish site... it was dead nice as is this one, if I could find the money or the excuse...

  • Koga's were made with Miyata's own tubesets.. Judging by the sticker HM-2 for the forks and FM-something for the frame.. I have no idea what that means.. But Koga's are nice generally..
