    I was thinking that when I was cycling home. I mean, if you're one of the front runners, you've got pace runners, cars etc, if you're one of the "fun" runners you're going to be in a pack of hundreds, certainly never far from the person in front, at any rate. There isn't really much need to give the runners signage/directions, eh?

    This map here: http://www.virginlondonmarathon.com/interactive-map/ is one of the best/most useful I've found online from a cursory glance. Am sure I can work out some way of printing it out.
