Wanted: Flat or big room for a couple ; North / East

Hi all,

So, the landlord has given 2 weeks notice to vacate and whilst I know this is against our contractual agreement, I have decided to just see if I can make it happen so there are no issues. That being said, I have to find a place pronto and have had zero luck so far (7 days to go).

Anyone have a room or flat available that is large enough for a couple with a lot of stuff? I know...asking for a room available to a couple is bad enough...but I promise that some of the stuff (herb garden) can benefit the flat too!

We're currently near the Crown pub in E3, but have been looking in E2, E5, E8, E9, N1 and N16...even in Clerkenwell! If anyone knows the inside scoop, please let me know!

but i typed couple into gumtree and lots of sweet pads came up.

yeah, ive been on it everyday for the past week straight and I have only got one reply off gumtree and moveflat (went and saw that place today). I've seen loads of places that will work, but nobody that will return my calls or emails—probably the rooms have been taken.
