I stand corrected—from Sheldon Brown's archives:
"To service a T.A. crankset, you need a T.A. puller. For Stronglight, ideally, you should have a Stronglight puller, but the T.A. is usable (although it fits a bit more loosely than it should)."
Someone mentioned that the old Park CCP-1 crank puller had a TA puller on it (it was double sided). Might be easier to get a hold of than the TA puller!
