  • The Friday Night Track League runs from May to September.
Signing on and warm-up from 6:30pm each week and the races start at 7:15pm. Races are held in five categories: Freewheeler 'A'; Freewheeler 'B'; Youth; Senior 'A'; and Senior 'B'.

The programme is carefully devised to provide interest and variety across a good range of sprint and endurance events. This year, we will run beginners races for younger riders new to fixed wheel track bikes.

  • Count me in too

  • We talked about doing a treasure hunt ride at Singh's last night. Anyone interested in that, anyone interested in helping organise it?

  • ill help organise void. keep me cc'd

  • Thinking we could do the Treasure Hunt either Friday 13th or 20th May, after CM & Bikezilla and before London CM which I'm hoping to do that month.

I like Friday 13th if it's a graveyard themed ride.

Fuck it... Friday 13th Treasure in the Graveyard Hunt... it's on.

EMM, we can chat at Food or something.

  • Anyone up for a Bank Holiday ride on Monday 25th April?

The Shakespeare Ride? Over to Stratford Upon Avon for late lunch. Those who need to get the train back can do so, but i'll be up for a return leg. Its roughly 24 miles one way.
Nothing hard, nothing fast. Just a bunch of Birmingham cyclists taking in the beautiful sights of Shakespeare's finest. I know a few places where we can eat, or even stockpile food from to eat on the Bancroft by the river and the RSC (weather permitting).

  • Or go up the river to the swimming spot? gears or fixed?

  • Whatever you feel like on the day n3il.

  • Great idea for a ride but the wrong end of the week for me, same reason I couldnt go on the Barmouth trip. I think there's like four bank holidays in a row or something due to the royal wedding bs etc so hopefully they'll be a bunch of rides the end of April.
