There's a huge cohort of female cyclists in London - everything from Pashley pushers to Pinarello pimps, lace to lycra! I assume you're contacting groups like CTC and Sustrans (especially if you want a nation wide overview).
I'm happy to give you my humble opinions on it all... although I'm coming from the 'nitty gritty' end of cycling - teaching mechanics, on-road cycle training, sports coaching :)
