But what are we talking though, on a parcel worth £150? If it was ten quid I wouldn't mind paying (too much), but if I stand to get bent over a barrel and rogered into the middle of May then I'd rather not bother placing the order at all.

I have a similar thing. I knew there would be charges, and I'm happy(ish) to pay them. Except the tracking number tells me the parcel is awaiting charges and it's at Mitcham, but I can't pay the charges until Parcehole Farce send me a "letter" with another frigging reference number on.

Plus it seems bizzare to have to pay vat on foreign postage! that can't be right?
