Most decent bike shops will do this, I would approach the shop you bought it from in the first place. Otherwise I've overheard people doing them in Brixton Cycles so perhaps give them a call.

Most bike shops should do you an insurance quote (itemised quote, including labour on headed notepaper), they might charge for this, but (a) it'll be a lot less than the cost of a new carbon frame, and (b) you might be able to claim the cost back.
I had a quote for my bike when I got knocked off a few years back and it cost £25 so I just added that to my insurance claim. You can photocopy the quote from the shop and send that to the insurance company, then they will probably call the shop to make sure it's a legit quote.

Can't afford £25? Pop into your LBS and ask nicely...
recently had my bike stolen and recovered!
however, picked it up yesterday from the bobbies and the frame has taken a bit of a beating! by that, i am mean scratched and chipped...
i wouldnt mind so much if the bike wasn't full carbon! truth of the matter is that i was looking to sell it but there is no way it'll be worth what it was before it was stolen.
so i've been in touch with my insurance company and they want a statement from a LBS saying that the frame is unrepairable and would need to be replaced alongwith a quotation for a new frame...
does anyone know anywhere friendly enough to help out in this department??
thanks in advance
