• When the lights are red, it's someone else's turn to be in motion. I like unbroken stretches of riding, and enjoy them often. Usually down a country lane or something, or going up and down a dual carriageway in an aero tuck.

    The city is not a place where the fulfillment of individual goals (especially if they're essentially meaningless) should take precedence over the harmonic coexistence of those who make up the group. Unlike ants, we're not working for a queen. Unless you're some kind of royalist cunt.

    and i have no 'individual goals' except minimising how late i am for whatever i'm heading to. sadly leaving earlier is beyond me.
