Trying to get the cranks off an old raleigh gritstone MTB, the problem is the cavity in the crank that you thread the extractor into is wider than my extractor! Does anyone have the correct tool for this that they would lend me?
I've tried hitting/prying the crank off with a claw hammer, ended up breaking the hammer shaft! maybe try a crowbar?
