It was an accident. It was a fucking huge bee though. Massive. And I kicked it about 5 feet away in a perfect arc. Then I ran back into my house.

^^I do that. If I foolhardily hit a wasp or bee, I suddenly realise the absolute folly of the situation and with my heart in my mouth I run, probably faster than I've ever run before into the nearest safe zone/behind a locked door. Bastards.

Me too. I felt really bad. Flies are fair game though because they're not as cool, they're annoying, they don't have stings and they don't make anything useful.

I loving rolling up some newspaper and batting one of those black flies away. You get a nice satisfying 'thunk' when you've got it just right. They're best attacked in the morning while it's still cold as they seem to move slower.
