Can someone please advise me about my lock. I have an old Kryptonite New York chain, it's a good few years old now - it came with one of those yellow mini u disk/padlocks that became renowned for being able to open with a bic pen. Obviously I've ditched this padlock but how good is the chain? I'm now using it with a Squire Stronghold SS65CS Padlock. The chain is a noose type and is fairly short - 27" in total so quite short when noosed. The whole thing (chain and lock) weighs 2.75kgs!
I don't live in London and rarely need to lock my bike in unsafe areas but wonder how my lock would hold up in a thieving hotbed such as our dear Capital City.
Basically I'm asking - Rate my Lock?
