Thanks to everyone who made a fantastic day possible for both Patricia and me. Ted and Jacqui, the marshalls and the musicians. There must have been dozens of other helpers. You all deserve a huge pat on the back.

Yesterday was amazing, it's difficult to say anything that hasn't already been said but yes Alex was a fantastic leader and put so much into it, thank you, the other marshalls were great, as Laner said it was tiring but very rewarding. I'm so glad I did it, and not just because racing to the front repeatedly was a good warm up for the London Classic today ;)
Thank you Jacqui and Teddy for the clearly massive amount of organisation that was involved.
It was great to have the bus at Lincoln's Inn Niall, really added to the atmosphere and the send off was a pleasure.

Does anyone have any info on the mental little grey bike thing? Never got close enough to ask the guy due to his zooming around like a fly.

I think he was the highlight of the day for me...the level of frenzied effort involved in him speeding through the pack in those pantaloons was amazing!!!!

If I read Charlotte's blog post correctly (linked above), then I believe he is a manufacturer of penny farthings.

Is anyone else still sporting taches and ridiculous beards for tomorrow's commute? I'm down to a tache now and just don't want to get rid of it, feels so smooth and aerodynamic after 3 years of beardiness!

Teddy, Jacqui & the Marshals, I doff my cap off to you all. Superb, fantastic, awesome!
To all the participants, (sadly amidst a few post registration protests) I guess the fact that we were all waiting on-line half an hour before formal registration, stands testament to how badly we wanted this and it showed on the day. How fantastic to see everyone and meet some truly awesome people.
Special highlights for me:
- Meeting the gent who travelled the globe on the penny farthing

Fantastic day out - huge thanks to the organisers and marshalls. And love the penny farthing cam film.
I was riding so my boyfriend came to watch the ride go past on Old Street and said it was great seeing how chilled out everyone was - all the drivers were just smiling and watching us go past.
I only got one good pic -
