I been in the odd job interview that was a little like that. It was for the MOD.
I was pretty sure 95% of the test was to make sure I wasn't gay buy having the test administered by a 21 year old woman with fantastic cleavage ... I was then asked a set of questions that were similar but worded different so "I wouldn't lie" ... then given a set of maths tests which were impossible to complete.
