Hi william, I've had a look back at the photos I have of the frame as it was when I got it and I think the Columbus sticker makes it a pre '88 SL frame. Internal cable routing means it's unlikely to be much earlier than '85 I guess. Anyone with more knowledge on that sort of stuff feel free to contradict me. I will see if I can find my luggage scales to let you know the weight but it's a light frame. Let me know if you want to view and I'll PM you my address.

Luggage scales say 5 lb, or a shade over 2 kg. That's for frame forks and hs
