The electoral commission has given funding to both Yes and No campaigns. More interesting is yes2av have released their major donors yet despite pledging to do so, no2av still haven't.

I think the altered billboard could me more of "hey rich people funding this campaign, why don't you donate it instead of ensuring a bad political system is maintained" etc.
