i have a cinelli "champion of the world" bars and a 7cm cinelli 1a stem.
clamp diameter is 26.4mm. bar has a scuff mark on it and the stem looks like the previous owner has walloped it - both function well
actually looked at them in daylight and they don't look that bad! i've used them for 15 years like this
