Well Michael @ Torm is a great guy. I ordered a jersey + arm warmers yesterday and asked if they could hand deliver them today. Unfortuantely there was no one available, however they did send it 1st class and it arrived promptly.
Now the bit that really made my day, I ordered the white T2 jersey, and had a long thought on Black and White strip arm warmers, or White and Black strip. I went with Black in the end. Today, upon opening the packet I find a hand written note from Michael explaining he understands how hard it is to choose, so he'd sent me both at no extra cost. Now that's a way to make a customer exceedingly happy :)
