Doubt itll be too much of an issue. If youre going to take it to a shop to get it fitted just double check with the mechanic.

Should be fine unles you plan on undoing and doing up the headset a lot, which will eventually screw the threads on your fork.
I'm using a Tange headset on a italian frame / fork no problems.

I managed to snatch up a nice Dura-Ace NJS headset from ebay but just found out it has italian threading.
I know Sheldon says that a italian threaded headset should work fine with a ISO fork but I'm just wondering if anyone has had any first hand experience with this.
Should I do it or not?
