Actually, my bitter N1 hatred comes from the day one of the telephonists managed to mix up Angel Mews and Anchor Mews (Or something along those lines). Which are not the nearest N1 destinations to each other. Cue much waiting time and "but Im outside now".."well, the client cant see you".. I think it was Martin that had to sort that one out.
