    I don't know London clubs, but I pay £12 a month and do the following :

    Monday evenings - ergo, Circuits, weights.
    Tuesday - Day off / light ergo / 5 mile run
    Wednesday - ergo, circuits, weights
    Thursday - ergo, circuits, weights
    Friday - Run, about 5 miles or so
    Saturday - 2 hours on the water
    Sunday - 2 hours on the water

    Plus you get the satisfaction of actually rowing. It's a great sport, and it can be a lot of fun.
