Road bike recommendations

My frame with internal cabling has no adjusters except the rear mech which only gets touched when I change wheels. I can't recall ever using the adjusters on bike that has them.

I use mine over winter, when I'm being a lazy tit about my maintainance. But if you give your bike the once over every now and again you dont really need thm.

My commuter is currently indexed perfectly................a full cog too low.
