Design job sites?

I'm actually going to stop taking the piss now as I am about to graduate from a graphic design degree this summer myself and although I've applied to do an MA if I'm unsuccessful I'm going to have to start whoring myself about, so this thread is actually very useful to me.

A question I'd like to ask is how many people here are freelance and how many have permanent jobs/contracts at companies? Also have any of you started your own companies with friends/classmates and made your own collective?

I freelanced in London for a year and Im now freelancing out in OZ. Its a great way to gain experience and get some good names/clients on your cv but Im not sure it would easy to get work unless you have at least some experience under your belt.
Im sure plenty of people will disagree with me on this one but never be afraid to get in bed with as many recruiters as you can, you dont have to take anything they offer you but they can often be a great way to get your foot in the door. Got my first job that way.
