I'm working on a Royal Enfield Revelation at the moment, which is a re-badged Vindec (Brown Brothers) shopper from about 1980.
Apparently the last bikes were made in Redditch in 1963, so anything after that will be a re-badge. Yours look a bit older than mine, so could be an original RE.
