Last I heard he had one site confirmed (backup) and was in the process of securing two awesome sites (hence the question mark over the wild card tourney), it's always been Friday till Sunday and has been 24th-26th of June for a while now. Yell if you want me to chase him for more info, hopefully the wildcard tourney element (Thursday) will be confirmed soon...
EHBPC 2011 site says "coming soon".
