just got back from Mallorca, raced down the Coll de Soller there, couldn't overtake a couple on a tandem before (below) me in the hairpins. So I blasted by them after the roundabout, pedaling like mad on the slightly downhill road just over 60 km/h. a couple of seconds later, they came wooshing past me! I gave up trying to get in their wheel after a couple of pedal strokes, impossible! On the way back up to Bunyola I caught up with them and asked how much they were doing, about 80 km/h they said :-)
