Just lodged a case with Leigh, Day & Co. thanks to British Triathlon. Really nice guys; MUCH more helpful, friendly and sympathetic than the Police so far (who said not to bother reporting the accident as I didn't think to get the drivers details WHILE I WAS INJURED AND IN SHOCK! cough). Hope to get something out of this 'cause my bike is a bit of a mess and it's gonna cost.
