Yes I saw a guy (Italian I think) riding one up Ludgate Hill the other week. We stopped at the temporary lights and I asked him about it. He said he's on the 4th motor, they keep breaking down. He then whizzed off along the flat, leaving me wondering why he was kitted out in proper cycle garb.
