For Sale: S/S Fix frame 56/56

Hi up for sale freshly respraid frame .Make unknown but it might be mercian but i dont know.
Made of steel possibly reynolds 531 as its pretty light
its 56/56 CTC
spacing:
fork is 100mm
rear drop is 130mm
seat tube its looking 26.8 or 27 mm
wheel size it will be 27 1/4 but like on pic it will take 700c with long drop brakes (i think)
its in nice silver metallic colour like you can see on pictures, the green frame is how it was looking before i cut of the cable stops, pomp peg and te thing from fork (dont know how its called )

The way the seatstays wrap round the top tube reminds me of an old Carlton frame I had, lugs seem similar too.

According to Classic Lightweights, Stallard, Baines, Carlton, Saxon, Gillott prior to 1951,
and, Viking pre end 1960 had the frame number on the rear dropout like that. The wrapover seatstay suggests it might be a Carlton.

its going on ebay today
and i forgot to tell it have written RGB on top left side of B/B i could not catch it on photo
and the numbers are on left drop-out i just have a look on Classic Lightweights and i cant locate this frame
