It's the width the pedals are held apart. Bit of a wanky name for the measurement, they could have called it 'pedal spacing'.
Looking for something narrower for my cross bike, but I'll have to be carefull with the chainstay clearance.

Ok you may have to google that one my mate uses dura ace on his cross bike which are same width if that helps

Also found out that 'Q Factor' can also be called 'Tread' which is a more pleasant name.

i think 105 is road group set
Good condition no cups £40 they are 165 length so could be used on the track if you filed the back off
