Dirty Harry brakes with OS bar

Potential stupid question!
Will dirty harry brake levers fit profile airwing OS bars?
If not what brake will fit in the top lever position?

It's not a stupid question. I don't think you can get a Dirty Harry to fit the bars, assuming they are 31.8 diameter. But, as gogosama says, I think you can get a Cane Creek Cross Top lever that will fit them. I've got one of those on my bike and it works a treat.

Can't seem to find them stocked anywhere though. Anyone know of anywhere that has them ?
