No probs Oliver! Your pic was the house belonging to the Mole Man of Hackney at 121 Mortimer Road, who buried underneath his own house and pretty much caused a big case of subsidence in all the neighbouring areas. Sadly he died last year :-(
So the new pic..... couriers and hipsters know this place well.
