I bought one from highonbikes on ebay. Can't remember what make, might have been unbranded. With it fully down in the steerer it still stuck above the stem, so I chopped it down a bit. You can't even see it so looks don't matter, but the top cap looks a little funny.
I honestly think there will be zero noticable difference between brands.
