I bought my girlfriend a beautiful bike for Christmas.

She doesn't dislike it, but right now we could do with the space and the money, so very regrettably it's for sale.

There are a few chips and scuffs here and there - mostly on the stays, but it still looks smart and structurally it's excellent. It's a joy to ride - wonderfully smooth.

We live in Hove but I work in London regularly so can bring it with me and meet somewhere centralish. I would much rather not ship the bike, but can if needs be.

Reynolds 531ST frame and forks

Suntour AR front mech and Suntour Cyclone rear mech

5 speed Maillard freewheel

Sakae Super Custom Chainset

Lyotard pedals

Maillard Hubs (rear is 126.5mm so you could fit a 6/7 speed freewheel)

Weinemann 27 x 1 1/4 rims

Michelin World Tour tyres

Weinemann centre-pull brakes

Selle Royal saddle

Recent new gear and brake cables, bar tape and lever hoods.

I'll include Esge some mudguards which are in good shape

and you can have a very good Massload rear rack for an extra £15 if required

I am really interested in this bike, it's the same as my lovely bike wich is wearing out after 25 years hard use. Is it still for sale?
