Max... the 3pmh heads are 130mm, I'd recommend folks cut them down on one side (you have ~8mm to play with) and then fit the head (too unwildy otherwise), I was gonna nab of a head off you at some point if that's cool? I like the idea of a hard wearing "throw-in" capped head (the 3pmh dowel method is nice for general construction, super sturdy).
