Might take the girlfriend down for a weekend at the seaside so I'll be driving, could take 2 frames down with me but no room for people or wheels

i dunno i guess possibly, depends what you drive i guess. unless you can get a group save offer. there often cheep,
prob find the fares are similer prices with the times you need and not to much more money

Looking at prices now on the trainline. Without a rail card, you can go on the Thursday or the Friday for £39, and home for £21. or on the Virgin train website you can get £17 each way for the Manchester-London stretch, then £5 each way for the London-Brighton stretch. Either way it's gonna be around £60 each, or around £40 with a rail card
