Does anyone use an ergo/noseless saddle? What are they like?

Anyone have an ISM Adamo they want to part with? I want to try one out before the 24 to see if it's suitable.

I don't want kids. I do want to be able to finish the 24hr and minimising discomfort is going to be key methinks. Besides having my balls crushed will take away all the fun of my severe leg pain, spine pain, neck pain, arm pain, etc.
