    • Selle Trans Am, a bit of wear on the "Trans Am" but practically unridden, £5?
    • Revolution Courier Race. Extras: Mudguards, Velo Crosbow (or summat) seat with a hole in it, Ergon Grips with the stubby ends, Comedy ScotOiler, ScotOil refil. £100? Bike has had some reflective tape wrapped on it, to make it look more Tim Burton. About 1500 miles on it, but has been retired in the shed for the last few years (so is not the 2011 model). Suitable for 6'2" +/- a few inches, depending on your preference for large/small frame sizing (too large for 5'9", but could do 5'10" maybe)

    • Planet-X carbon seatpost, 27.2. They sold them for about £90 but I only used it for about 20 miles and then swapped it for an alloy. £30?
    • Specialized interruptor brake levers, £10?
    • Step-through BSOish thing, would suit about 5'8" or more. Has 3-speed S-A with all the shifters and stuff (must be worth about £20), Purple Mudguards (maybe £5?), Dynamo lighting from a bottle dynamo (£15?). So with the frame, BB and wheels I reckon it's worth about £50 in parts if nothing else.

Frankly, on recent viewing its biggest issue is a puncture on the front. I don't like it's 3-speed nature, but a light tweak of components and a SS rear and it would be acceptable.
    • 700C single-speed wheel, old fashioned steel rim and I think its a mallard hub (guess I should check). I bought it as a fixed gear wheel (120 spacing) but it doesn't have a reverse thread. £30?

    • Pair of Vittoria Rubino tyres, blue, 622-25, sold.
    • 622-25 Marathon plus, ridden for less than 2k miles, so good as new really. A heavy tank of a tyre, good for a backup bike than needs reliability above all else. £15?

PM me if interested, feel free to make me an offer on stuff, I can always say no.
Happy to post from Brum, but I would need the time to hunt down the right boxes.

  • how big is the step through bike?

  • Where abouts are you? Might be interested in the saddle :D

  • @sheathy - B303PH, South B'ham for intersection of NCN5 and local 55 routes.

@Tenderloin - I can take some measurements, though it won't be immediate. It's my wife's old bike and she is 5'8", though she likes to have the saddle so she can touch the floor with her feet, so it should in theory suit shorter & that's the setup with the saddle all the way down so it should also be fine for taller. For regular use it should need new tyres I'd say.

  • Would you split the step through - if so very interested in the bars - would you post them to London?

  • is the wheel still available?? is it rear wheel??
if the answer yes , i'll dib the wheel and the tyres as well..PM sent

  • Clara: I'd rather not split - especially for the bars as I couldn't really charge much for them and it would make the rest harder to sell. I would personally buy a new set of bars for a tenner than buy these second hand.
