Bought this last year as a birthday present for myself but now I'm considering a different project - something maybe more sensible or maybe something even more ridiculous!
It Is just pretty much exactly the same as when I bought it from Jammy from here except that I had to switch the forks out as the were bent and the wheel sat at an odd angle. It now sports a pair of alpina wing tt forks, also has probably a couple of more paint chips here and there. Original forks are included in the sale price if you want them.
His blurb:
"The frame and fork were custom made for me by Steve Goff out of a mix of Columbus max and Reynolds tubing. All immaculately fillet brazed. Tapered stays with clearance for 28c tyres (so practical for road use). As I'm sure you all know, I'm a big boy, and this is a big frame!
64cm CTT seat tube, but because of the lo-pro ness it rides like a smaller bike measures up at about a 61ctc and about a 60cm top tube. You'd have to be 6ft plus, but not as silly-tall as I am (6"8). Paint is good, but chipped in places from normal use. I don't baby my bikes at all."
His set up:
If I do manage to sell this the other parts will be for sale like -
-Rear doddici rim to triple flange gods cog hub
-mike burroughs composite front wheel
-FSA vigorelli crankset and BB
Would like a quick sale to get going on my next project so dibs and PM please
